Free consultation to get to know each other:
We get to know each other in a short phone call. You will then receive a medical history form and a sleep log to document your current sleep status.

Initial consultation:
We evaluate your documents together. We analyze your sleeping habits and work out step-by-step changes that will help your baby or toddler to sleep better.

Follow-up consultation:
Two weeks later, we discuss the current status. We build on the progress made so far and adjust the plan if necessary.

Final meeting:
We draw a conclusion and discuss possible external influences on sleep behavior. Further individual support can be provided by arrangement.
